Getting started
- Create an account and become an owner during onboarding (you can switch modes any time).
- Add your listing — title, description, category, price, photos, and a map location.
- Add contact options so interested viewers can reach you.
- Verify & submit for review — upload one private legitimacy proof (like a property document or business permit) and confirm you're authorized to list the place. Our team reviews it before the listing appears publicly on Explore.
Publishing is optional
Prefer to stay off the public map? Keep the listing as a private draft and use its Studio to manage rooms, tenants, and payments — no verification or review needed until you choose to publish.Make your listing stand out
- Use clear, recent photos that match the actual place.
- Be specific about price, inclusions, and house rules.
- Pin the location accurately so viewers can find you.
- Keep it honest and within the Listing Guidelines.
A note on fees
Every new owner starts with a free Pro trial and a Free plan that stays free. Paid plans (from ₱199/month), Studio add-ons, and listing boosts are optional and always priced upfront on the Pricing page — you're never charged without your clear agreement.Your responsibilities as an owner
