Do I need an account to browse?
No — you can browse and search listings without signing in. You'll need an account to save listings and to create your own.
How do I contact an owner?
Open a listing and use the contact options the owner provided. Aliplaces introduces you; the conversation happens on the owner's channels.
How do I save a listing?
Tap the heart on any listing while signed in. Saved places sync to your account and appear on your Saved page across devices.
How do I list my property?
Create an account, become an owner, and add your listing with photos and a map location. To appear publicly on Explore, you also upload one private legitimacy proof and our team reviews the listing before it goes live. See For Owners / Hosting.
Why does my listing need a verification document?
Before a listing appears publicly, we ask for one proof that you own or are authorized to list the place (for example a property document or a business permit). It's stored privately, is never shown to visitors, and only Aliplaces reviewers can open it. This is how we keep fake listings off Explore.
Can I use the Studio without publishing my listing?
Yes — that's a fully supported way to use Aliplaces. Keep the listing as a private draft and run your boarding house, apartment, condo, house, or short-stay operations from its Studio. No verification or review is needed until you decide to publish on Explore.
Does Aliplaces handle payments or bookings?
There are no bookings on Aliplaces. Deposits and rent are arranged directly between you and the owner — Aliplaces never collects them or holds money in escrow, so never pay someone claiming to be “Aliplaces” to reserve a place. What Aliplaces does charge for: optional owner subscriptions and listing boosts, paid via PayMongo or manual payment (see Pricing). See our Safety Guidelines.
Is Aliplaces free?
Browsing is free, always. Owners get a free plan (and a free Pro trial) with optional paid plans, Studio add-ons, and boosts — all prices are on the Pricing page and shown before you commit.
