Owner plans

Owners choose a base plan for listing capacity and hosting tools. Every new owner starts with a free 15-day Pro trial — no card needed — and can stay on the Free plan afterwards.

• Free — ₱0. Get started — publish one listing and preview the Studio.
• Starter — ₱199/month or ₱1,990/year (≈ 2 months free). For a small portfolio — more listings and paid Studio add-ons.
• Pro — ₱449/month or ₱4,490/year (≈ 2 months free). For growing operators — advanced analytics, staff, and all modules.

Paid plans can add Studio modules (boarding house, apartment, condo, house, and short-stay management, plus payroll, automations, and extra listing slots) from ₱79/month each. Current prices are always shown on the pricing section and in Plan & Billing before you commit.

Listing boosts

Owners can optionally feature a listing so it ranks first on the default sort: 7 days for ₱149 or 30 days for ₱299. Boosted listings are ranked higher — they are never disguised as anything else.

How payment works

• Online checkout (where available) — GCash, Maya, or card via PayMongo, our payment processor.
• Manual activation — where online checkout isn't available, you pay by GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or cash, and Aliplaces activates the plan once payment is confirmed. Your account is never charged automatically in this flow.

No commission on your rentals

Aliplaces doesn't take a cut of rent, deposits, or sales arranged between viewers and owners, and doesn't hold money in escrow. Owners using a Studio can generate PayMongo payment links for their own tenants — that money goes to the owner, not to Aliplaces.
